New fat photos after a long few weeks of training.
So here they are. I haven't even checked out the difference yet, still looking like a lump of shit in my opinion but I do feel better and I am running faster and longer.
We'll see how we go in 2 weeks. Then it's City2Surf time...

Run # 4 - Running again after a few days with a damn cold
Had a few days off recently with the wog which sucked pretty hard. But went out today and did a pretty easy going 2.4km with my missus.
She looked pretty hot with her tights on so it made me run slower so I could check out her cute ass. That's what I'm talking about!! YEAH!
Time to weigh up again I think. Even though I've been eating like shit, although not as bad as usual. Just having things like toad in the hole instead of a proper meal.
But fuck it I was sick so I'm allowed.

Run #3
Better post this one too.
This is from last night, I did a quick jump over a couple of houses before I got stuck into my jog.
Not sure what happened there but something screwed up. Look at my bpm... I think the higher your heart rate is the healthier you are right?
Leah made me push my gut out
I've trained my flab to take the shape of a perfect 6 pack when I take my shirt off in public. Unfortunately my missus doesn't get this treatment anymore and has to put up with my fat gut pouring out all over the place. I mentioned that I wanted to get a before and after shot of all my training and blogging efforts, unfortunately the deal was that she'd take a photo but I couldn't suck my gut in.
So here's my keg. It's a work of art. To be honest I can't believe I'm getting rid of those beautiful love handles, or those plump little man tits.
As long as I don't need to give up beer I'm happy.
So here we are.... fuck me I can't believe I'm making these public...

By the way I've just been for a run and it was freezing. This is just after my second run ever. I've got the full titty rash from my heart rate monitor. Don't stress it's not some under-tit fungus or anything disgusting like that. And those pants look TIGHT!

Beer fucks you up
I had a run booked in for Sunday, but Saturday beers killed me and I was screwed all Sunday trying my hardest not to spew. Instead I pumped myself full of pain killers and had bacon and eggs for breakfast (at about 1pm) then had pizza (it was a heart tick pizza) for dinner.
Pretty sure I blew all exercise from last week away with my drinking skills on Friday though. Unlimited drinks at a boxing match where testosterone is at peak levels is a recipe for doing some awesome damage to your liver, and I did my best followed up with a pirate party with free apple cider on tap. I've never had that shit before, but when you can blast it straight to your stomach and avoid any type of swallowing you're going to get messed up no matter how hard or soft it is.
So Sunday I was feeling guilty and in my hazy mind the thought of joining up for the City 2 Surf seemed like a good idea... so I signed up. It's only 14km after all. And just in case that wasn't enough I decided to apply for a Golden Ticket from one of the charities that are sponsoring the event. The golden ticket puts you up at the start of the run in the "red" zone. This is where all the pro's start. And I put down that I could make $3k in donations for the race... so when I get my details make sure you donate otherwise I've gotta pay for this shit myself!

Run #2
No explanation,
A quick run to the parents house to pick up the dog. Dog started sniffing around the beach so had to go back and get her...
BPM much higher than I was hoping. Drinking plenty of beer tonight so we'll see what tomorrows run is like. Bring on the beer!

First Run.. or walk.
First run of my health binge. We'll see how it goes after a few more. BPM averaged 143 peaking at 163.. pretty funny considering we were going at a little faster than a walk. Feeling like a fat fuck but hoping to fix that shit up ASAP.
Ate sashimi last night, raw fish with no sauces. Sounds healthy to me. Maybe I should learn something about diet too though. Also forgot to weigh myself but I'm guessing 75kg. I'll try and get on the scales tonight at Mum's. Too povo to buy a set for myself.
Anyway the run and all the extra shit that's with it are on the link below.
